We are looking for an experienced Customer Marketing Manager to join the marketing team in our
rapidly-growing business. If you’re excited by the opportunity to fully manage our CRM strategy and see
tangible results quickly, this is the perfect role for you.
You will have a proven track record of implementing successful CRM campaigns, which have led to a
tangible impact on key metrics.
The role is a mix of remote and office.
Our offices are based from our recently-refurbished offices in the 70-acre woodland park, Ransom Wood in
Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.
Responsibilities:

Map our customer journeys and identify opportunities to drive adoption, retention and advocacy

Launch new assets to support customer onboarding, engagement and renewal

Manage our email marketing including automated emails, sales emails and customer newsletters

Research customer pain points and work with product development and support teams to help improve our
services

Continuously evolve our existing trigger-based comms and identify new opportunities
